The present work of professional competence presents the implementation of an Individual Orientation Plan (POI) focused on the development of a Mathematical Skills programme in a child with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in the first grade of the elementary school in a private educational institution in Metropolitan Lima. The programme aimed to increase the mathematical skills of classification, seriation, and conservation, through ten sessions which were carried out twice a week. Behavior modification techniques and strategies based on the "Singapore Method" were used to develop mathematics in three phases (concrete, pictorial and abstract) using concrete materials (logic cubes, rulers, and base 10 pedagogical elements, among others). The success indicator was based on a checklist at the beginning and end of each mathematical skill worked on. Through the application of the plan, positive results were obtained according to the theoretical bases and the methodology, thus corroborating the achievement of the proposed objective. In conclusion, the present plan evidences the importance of using personalized behavioral, cognitive, and pedagogical strategies for the learning of mathematical skills in difficult situations for schoolchildren with ADHD.
