The objective of the professional sufficiency work is to increase the actions that promote the management of school coexistence in teachers of an educational institution at the secondary level in the Province of Satipo, Junín, in the 2019 academic period. The program considered as its main target population to 30 teachers of the educational institution, who were responsible for developing activities to promote good practices of democratic coexistence that involved the educational community in general. The instruments used were: the school coexistence survey, the interview guide and the observation sheet. The methodology used was based on the participatory action approach typical of community social psychology, making use of participatory techniques such as the development of psychoeducational workshops on socio-emotional skills (control of emotions, assertive communication, empathy and responsible decision-making) and norms of coexistence. Achieving the following results: The increase in actions for the management of democratic school coexistence in teachers, such as the implementation of pedagogical practices to strengthen socio-emotional skills, sensitization and awareness, which allowed the teacher to execute actions for the promotion of democratic school coexistence for their students, where the teacher showed a greater sense of belonging and commitment to the needs and problems of their students in order to achieve social change.
