The research aimed to determine the pedagogical practices developed by teachers of public institutions at the primary level, district of Tacna, Tacna region, according to Endo 2018. The study was developed under the quantitative approach, the simple descriptive methodological design and the data analysis technique. The population was made up of all teachers in the Tacna region of public and private schools who participated in Endo 2018. The sample was non-probabilistic and consisted of 39 teachers between appointed and contracted from public schools. The results showed that teachers almost always carry out the following academic actions: planning based on an identified problem, systematizing, reflecting on their results, and recording evidence of their pedagogical practice. In addition, they consider it easy to carry out these activities in percentages that exceed 70%. Likewise, it was determined that teachers consider that a good work environment, personalized advice and educational materials are factors that help to improve their practice. In addition, they consider that the sessions are the main pedagogical tool of PerúEduca. In conclusion, there are factors that contribute to the improvement of practice, as well as pedagogical tools that organize and select the competencies to be worked on in the classrooms, and there are also pedagogical activities that teachers do not carry out despite considering them easy.
