Introduction: Due to the mandatory quarantine caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, different modalities were employed to preserve the continuity of health services including family planning. Among them, the family planning teleorientation service of the Telesalud VMJ (FPTS-TVMJ). Objective: To determine factors associated with user satisfaction with the FPTS-TVMJ. Methods: Secondary data analysis study. Satisfaction was evaluated using the CSQ-8in users of FPTS-TVMJ. Results: 802 records were analyzed, with an average CSQ-8 score of 27.39 points (SD: 3.32). 97.13% of users were Satisfied or Very Satisfied with a teleorientation session. For the multivariate analysis, significantly greater scores were obtained in users living outside of Lima (1.15 extra points), who didn’t present difficulty of access to contraceptives due to COVID-19 (1.42 extra points), pregnant (0.93 extra points), and those who attended more than two sessions (2.05 extra points). Conclusions: Factors associated with the level of satisfaction of family planning teleorientation were: Residing outside Lima, not having difficulty in accessing MAC due to COVID-19 or being pregnant and attending more than two teleorientation sessions.
