Agriculture is a primary activity not only for providing food and raw materials, but also for providing employment opportunities to a significant population. However, it is one of the occupations with the highest risk with effects on morbidity and mortality. Objective: Describe the dysergonomic risk factors in the potato harvest in adult farmers in the province of Andahuaylas. Material and method: Observational, descriptive, cross design, simple composed of 193 farmers, fulfilling the selection criteria. For the identification of the dysergonomic risk factors, the photos and videos obtained during the potato harvest were analyzed, their analysis was based on the parameters of the comfort angles of the ISO 11226: 2000 standards (work postures), ISO 11228-3:2003 (repetitive movement) and ISO 11228-1: 2003 (Manual handling of loads). Results: It shows that 59.6% are male with an age range of 18 and 65 years; It was evidenced that all potato harvest activities are exposed to dysergonomic risk. The risk factor for forced posture was present in the scratching, collection and selection activities where the trunk segment was the most affected with 100%, as for repetitive movement it was present in the selection activity with 100% and 90 % in collection and the risk factor of manual load handling was present in 94.9% in the load transfer activity. Conclusions: The presence of dysergonomic risk factors is evidenced during the potato harvest. However, it is necessary to carry out more exhaustive studies in this sector.
