Introduction: During 2020, due to the covid-19 pandemic, teleorientation and telemonitoring services were implemented, these modalities reduce the risk of contagion in the population. Teleorientation in speech therapy is defined as the use of Information and Communication Technologies used by the health professional to provide counseling and advisory services for prevention, recovery or rehabilitation of diseases and health promotion. Objective: To describe the knowledge of the Licensed Medical Technologists in Speech Therapy of Metropolitan Lima about teleorientation during the COVID-19 pandemic. Material and Methods: This was a descriptive-cross-sectional observational study. The sample size of 142 graduates. An anonymous virtual survey designed by the researchers called “Tele orientation Knowledge Survey” was used, consisting of 10 knowledge questions that evaluated the definition, terminology, prerequisites, benefits, barriers, modalities and platforms. In the analysis plan, stored Microsoft Excel 2010 database and processed STATA V.14 statistical program. Results: It was obtained that in relation to knowledge about teleorientation, 90,8% know about it while 9,2% have no knowledge, 35,2% did receive training on tele orientation but 64,8% did not receive training, the most used platforms are Google Meet and Zoom representing 59,9% and 40,1% use other platforms. Conclusions: The majority of the population has knowledge about Teleorientation but has not received any training.
