The general objective of this study is to determine the psychometric properties of validity and reliability of the Colquitt Organizational Justice Scale instrument, in a sample of millennials from a company in Metropolitan Lima. The research methodology is of an applied level of non-experimental type and psychometric design. The population consisted of 200 millennial employees. The instrument used was the Colquitt Organizational Justice Scale (EJOC) adapted to its Spanish version. The results obtained show that the instrument presents optimal psychometric properties of validity and reliability to be used. It was found that the 20 items have discriminant capacity. Crombach's alpha method determined that the scale has a very high reliability of 0.98. Content validity proved to be adequate. The exploratory factor analysis grouped the items into 4 factors explaining 65% of the variance, in addition, it demonstrated reasonable factor loadings for the items. Finally, the qualification norms are established in standardized Z-type scores.
