Objective: To determine the working conditions and job satisfaction in drivers of a cargo transport company based in Juliaca - 2020. Methodology: Descriptive, observational and cross-sectional study. 76 drivers were included by convenience sampling. The Questionnaire on Working Conditions, Safety and Health CTESLAC and the SL-SPC Job Satisfaction Scale were used. The data were processed in the SPSS 25 program. Results: 60.5% of the workers reported being exposed to respiratory chemical risks, 57.9% to radiation, 51.3% to noise, 53.9% of the workers reported being exposed to falls, 64.5% to uncomfortable postures, 67.1% could not influence the amount of work assigned. The 57.9% were worried about finding another job in case they were unemployed. Job satisfaction was generally satisfactory (48.7%). Exposure to control many things at once, receiving help from colleagues and perception of recognition were conditions that were associated with job satisfaction (p = 0.008 Rho = -0.300, p = 0.009 Rho = -0.299 and p = 0.003 Rho = 0.339, respectively). Conclusion: The drivers of a cargo transport company based in Juliaca, reported being exposed to some risks in safety, hygiene, ergonomic and psychosocial in their working conditions, they also showed that they were satisfied in their work position, additionally, an association was found between some working conditions and job satisfaction.
