The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between learning style and cooperative learning with academic performance in the English subject of 67 students of a mixed private school in La Molina. The sample consisted of 29 men and 38 women, who were in fourth grade of primary school and who studied the English course in a period of 4 hours per week. The methodology used had a quantitative approach. The adaptation of the Honey-Alonso Learning Styles Questionnaire (CHAEA-Junior) and an individual observation question of cooperative learning were applied after observing two sessions of cooperative English classes under the Learning Together methodology. The results found that the active, theoretical, reflexive and pragmatic styles were not significantly associated with academic performance (p = .18, p= .039, p = .27, p = .17, respectively). Likewise, it was found that the active, reflexive, theoretical and pragmatic style were not significantly associated with cooperative learning (p = .70, p = .22, p = .28, p = .74 respectively). Finally, it was also observed that cooperative learning was not significantly associated with academic performance in the English subject (p = .48).
