The main objective was to determine the hematological values of the native sole (Paralicthys adspersus) of culture in the stages of pre-fattening, intermediate fattening and final fattening. We worked with 79 blood samples from a hatchery located in the Culebras District in Huarmey. The samples were collected in tubes with EDTA, the smear of each sample was made and fixed in methanol. Hematology was performed manually using the methods of cyanometahemoglobin, micro hematocrit, erythrocyte count, and leukocyte with the Natt Herrick dilutor and blood morphology with Giemsa staining. The hematimetric indices were calculated with the formulas validated by Wintrobe in 1934. The results found a higher hematocrit value and average corpuscular volume in the intermediate fattening stage with 33.23% and 110.24 fl compared to the other stages of fattening The erythrocyte count was higher in the final fattening stage with 3.18 x 106 / ul and in the pre-fattening stages it was 2.76 x 106 / ul and intermediate fattening of 3.09x 106 / ul. A higher white blood cell count was found in the pre-fattening stage with 27.26 x 103 / ul compared to the other intermediate fattening stages with 15.01 x 103/ ul and final with 16.09 x 103 / ul. In the leukocyte characterization a high value of lymphocytes was found in the final fattening stage with 62.58%, and 67.21% segmented in the pre-fattening stage.
