Background: Access to oral health is determined by geographical and social factors, which influence the health status of people living in poverty or extreme poverty. MINSA executes health programs at different stages of life to provide each of them with the required care. Objective: To determine the dental care profile according to life stages in the I-2 Ciudad Pachacútec health center, Callao in the period 2016 - 2018. Materials and methods: Observational, cross-sectional and descriptive study. Access to the oral health databases for the 2016-2018 period of the I-2 Ciudad Pachacútec health center, in DIRESA-Callao, was requested. The bases were converted to the Microsoft Excel®v16 program (.xls); Subsequently, the bases were processed in the Stata®v15 statistical program according to dental procedure codes (HIS Manual), age ranges and sex for the analysis of results according to the study variables, finally double entry tables were obtained. Results: A greater amount of preventive care (PC) was evidenced with 27 685 (82.15%) care focused more on the child with 11 506 care and on the female sex (81.43%), followed by care recuperative (C.R) with 6 016 (17.85%) care focused on the child with 1 952 care and on the female sex (18.57%). Within the P.C., the Stomatological Exam was the most applied with 6,704 (24.22%) attentions and in the R.C., the Dental Restoration with Light-curing Resin with 2588 (43.02%) attentions. Conclusion: The Dental Care Profile showed a higher number of P.C over R.C.
