The purpose of this research work is to determine the feasibility of the implementation of the company "Continuum Care", as a service specialized in care and attention of older adults without severe dependence on their activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitoring of chronic diseases, added to a complementary service in the management of urgencies and emergencies responses that differentiate the company from the rest of the market, with support in information and communications technologies. Seeking to cover the existing service gap between nursing homes, aimed at older adults who do not require personalized attention, and existing home care companies, with little flexibility in contracts and plans offered, and the attention of untrained personnel, which lacks formality and a business structure that supports them; "Continuum Care" is aimed at adults over 60 years of age, residents of the districts of Lima Moderna and belonging to socioeconomic levels A and B. According to the projected financial analysis for the next 10 years, "Continuum Care" is an attractive proposition, with an estimated financial VAN of S/. S/ 514,519.6 and an IRR of 178.30%, whose investment of S/. 30,960.00 (IGV included) is estimated to recover in the first year of operation. Based on the above, it is concluded that this business plan is profitable for investors, by incurring a differentiated approach aimed at a segment of the market whose need has not been met.
