Objective: determine the relationship between administrative management and job performance in the workers of the company cia.import.de rptos.El Progreso S.A.C. – Victory, 2023. Material and method: the thesis is focused quantitatively, the design used is non-experimental, cross-sectional, the level used is correlational, the total population of the company is 50 workers, from this a sample of 30 was selected. workers; For data collection, the survey was used as a technique, the instrument is comprised of 2 questionnaires, one for the administrative management variable, comprised of 24 questions in 4 dimensions and the other questionnaire for the job performance variable, comprised of 18 questions in 3 dimensions. Results: the results obtained show us that the administrative management variable and job performance as a whole present a medium positive correlation, giving us numerical data through the Pearson correlation with 0.415* and a significance obtained of 0.023, around To the main or independent variable, correlated with the dimensions of the second variable, we have the administrative management variable and the technical skills dimension with a Pearson correlation of 0.308 and a significance obtained of 0.098, demonstrating that there is no correlation between both, the variable administrative management and the work tools dimension showed a Pearson correlation of 0.438* and a significance obtained of 0.016, the administrative management variable and the motivation dimension showed a Pearson correlation of 0.380* and a significance of 0.038. Conclusions: in this way, it is concluded that the administrative management variable and the job performance variable present a medium positive correlation.
