Introduction: The World Health Organization reported that anemia is a worldwide public health problem that harms women in their fertile life, as well as during pregnancy and puerperium. Objective: To determine obstetric factors related to anemia in pregnant women at the Santa Luzmila II Maternal and Child Health Center in Comas during the period 2020. Method: Research with a quantitative approach and non-experimental design, simple correlational cross-sectional, with a sample of 86 medical records of pregnant women in the third trimester who met pre-established selection criteria; the data collection technique was documentary analysis and the instrument was a research form, the data were collected anonymously and processed by descriptive and inferential statistics such as chi-square (x2) to determine the relationship between variables. Results: Most of the pregnant women under study had mild anemia; likewise, this was mostly present in uncontrolled pregnant women, with prenatal onset from the second trimester and short inter-gestational period. Conclusions: the obstetric factors prenatal care, beginning of prenatal care, parity and intergestational period were not significantly related to the presence of anemia in pregnant women.
