To determine the relationship between partial edentulism and its impact on the quality of life of patients at the UPAO - Florencia de Mora Health Facility 2023. Materials and Methods: The research was observational, descriptive and correlational. The study consisted of partially edentulous patients aged 60 years and older who attended the UPAO Health Establishment - Florencia de Mora during the months of March and April 2023, excluding total edentulous patients and those who, due to behavioral and/or physical alterations, prevented the evaluation. The sample was determined by means of the statistical formula for unknown population, resulting in a total sample of 92 patients. Reliability was determined by inter-evaluator calibration, resulting in a Kappa value of 0.99. The instruments used were the Edward Kennedy classification card to evaluate partial edentulism and an oral health impact profile questionnaire (OHIP-14) to evaluate the impact on quality of life. The results were analyzed using the Chi-square test at a significance level of 5% (p = 0.05). Results: There is no relationship between partial edentulism and the impact on quality of life, obtaining a value of p = 0.309 for the upper jaw and a value of p = 0.080 for the lower jaw. Conclusions: Partial edentulism is not related to the impact on the quality of life of patients at the UPAO Health Facility - Florencia de Mora 2023
