Fast-food restaurants have achieved, over the years, the desired customer engagement in large part due to their constant search to create positive experiences for their customers that generate customer satisfaction and loyalty. The objective of this study is to determine how this customer engagement impacts brand satisfaction, brand trust and word-of-mouth generation among frequent fast-food consumers. The research will allow, through a better understanding of the dimensions of customer engagement and its impact on important marketing variables, the development of better customer-focused strategies. The research population will consist of men and women between 18 and 30 years old who have consumed national and/or international fast-food in the last 3 months. The research will be quantitative, the sample size will be 400 people and the online survey technique will be used for data collection. The results will be analyzed using the statistical technique of structural equation modeling (SEM).
