La satisfacción con la educación virtual universitaria en tiempos de COVID-19

Abstract

La satisfacción con la educación virtual es susceptible a varios factores, por ello la presente investigación, se orientó a determinar el impacto de los factores externos sobre la satisfacción de la educación virtual que brinda una universidad privada de Lima - Perú. De esta forma se analizaron variables sociodemográficas, tecnológicas y de conectividad mediante una metodología científica básica, cuantitativa no experimental, donde la muestra fue de 58 estudiantes, entre 19 a 46 años (Mage = 29.03, SD =6.88), del sexto a décimo ciclo cursantes del año lectivo 2021-I, quienes resolvieron una encuesta y luego se realizaron análisis descriptivos y las correlaciones con el r de Pearson. Finalmente, al concluir los resultados se observó que existe relación significativa con cada uno de los factores externos que se presentan en este estudio y la satisfacción con esta modalidad de aprendizaje.

Satisfaction with virtual education is susceptible to several factors. Therefore, the present research was aimed to determine the impact of external factors in relation to the degree of satisfaction with the virtual education, which is provided by a private university in Lima-Peru. In this way, sociodemographic, technological and connectivity variables were analyzed through a basic, quantitative, non-experimental scientific methodology. The sample taken involved 58 students between the ages of 19 to 46 years old (Mage = 29.03, SD =6.88). The students for this sample were between the sixth to the tenth semester of the 2021-I School year, who had completed a survey. Later on descriptive analyzes, and correlations with Pearson's r were performed. Finally, at the culmination of these results, it was observed that there is a significant relationship with each of the external factors that are presented in this study and satisfaction with this learning modality.
