In recent years, the digital sales channel through applications has grown considerably. As a result of the global pandemic, many people showed their preference in buying convenience products through applications since they offered quality products in a short period of time. Companies within this category must maintain the initial offer in terms of quality and service time to be competitive. This research has the objective of analyzing the processes of a quick commerce company and applying four tools that allow optimizing processes and completing the maximum number of orders within the first 15 minutes of placing the order, thus impacting the service level. The proposed model uses the following tools: demand forecasting, systematic layout planning, 5's and work standardization, resulting in an increase in the service level of up to 18.6%. Finally, the model has the capacity to be replicated by companies in the sector and serves as a basis for further research on this growing industry.
