The main problem of the study has been to answer this question: How does conscious capitalism influence the generation of value of companies in the agro-export sector of the La Libertad region, 2021-2022? In this way, the main objective was raised: Determine the influence of conscious capitalism on the generation of value of companies in the agro-export sector of the La Libertad region, 2021-2022. Regarding the methodology, the research is of a basic type, quantitative approach, non-experimental, cross-sectional design. A sample of 371 employees was taken from agro-export companies in the La Libertad region. The validity and reliability of this instrument was measured with certification through expert judgment and a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of 0.937 for the conscious capitalism variable questionnaire and 0.882 for the value generation variable; In turn, a Spearman's Rho coefficient of 0.802 and a probability of 0.000 were obtained, in contrast to a significance level of 0.05. From these results; It is concluded that there is a high direct correlation between the variables of conscious capitalism and value generation of companies in the agro-export sector of the La Libertad region, 2021-2022. This means that if these agro-export companies continue to develop the principles of conscious capitalism: Higher purpose, conscious leadership, conscious culture and integration of interest groups, benefits will be obtained such as: Synergy between stakeholders, committed employees, increased productivity; thus, achieving social and environmental well-being, transparency and integrity. Thus, all interest groups will walk in a noble way of doing business.
