ABSTRACT Working conditions are those variables that determine the relationship of men with their social and labour environment; whose correct application claim the dignity and rights that each worker possesses, in this way it is linked to respond to the needs that are manifested based on physical, medium and material spaces, working days, interpersonal relations and professional development. This research focuses on the labor reality headquarters of the Regional Government freedom, where it is described how working conditions have an influence on the job satisfaction of each worker; where negative results are manifested from the perception of the employees; who do not identify the benefits obtained by their institution. The methodology used in this research was descriptive, analytical - synthetic and statistical; techniques such as the survey and the interview were also used, which allowed to obtain quantitative and qualitative results that facilitate the understanding of each indicator. The results described in this report explain the influence of six working conditions on job satisfaction manifested by the workers headquarters of the Regional Government freedom, whose results open the intervention of social work.
