The main objective of this research report was to identify to what extent the “Tra, tra, tra” Program influences the improvement of oral expression in second grade students of an Educational Institution- Trujillo, 2018. This research is applied and the research design is quasi-experimental, with an experimental group and a control group through pre- test and post- test. There was a sample of 55 second grade students from section “A”. An oral expression observation guide was used as an instrument to evaluate, this instrument was made up of 10 items, where the SPEARMAN- BROWN method was applied and the reliability value of 0.96 was obtained, likewise the SPSS statistical program version 24 was used, this was exe cuted through the Cronbach’s Alpha method, the result was =0.822 reliability, thus once again verifying the effectiveness of said reliability instrument. valuation, and for validation a technique, expert judge criteria, was used. The tongue twister program was applied, consisting of 20 learning sessions focused on oral expression. The results of the pre-test were obtained that 82.8% of the children in the 2nd grade of primary school present oral expression at a bad level, followed by 13.8% at a regular level, 3.4% at a good level, which is the reason why the proposal is prepared. In the post-test, favorable results were obtained that 82.8% were at the very good level, followed by 10.3% at a good level and 6.9% at a bad level. It is concluded that the proposal of a tongue twister program to improve oral expression seeks to promote better pronunciation and flu ency in children in the 2nd grade of primary school through methodological and didactic sessions.
