ABSTRACT This research was conducted on the campus of the Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, in the district of Trujillo, province of Trujillo, La Libertad region, in order to determine the “effect of trhee dosis of organic matter and efficient microorganisms in the control of Meloidogyne sp in paprika Capsicum annuum L. var. papri King in Trujillo, The Libertad. The test was installed on February 05 2011. We evaluated the effect of organic matter (10, 20 and 30 t.ha-1) applied alone and with efficient microorganisms in doses of 0.5 , 1.0 and 1.5 L.t-1 in the control of Meloidogyne incognita in paprika Capsicum annuum L. var. Papri King. The parameters evaluated were: plant height, weight of root, index of nodulacion and population density of Meloidogyne incognita in the soil and roots. The treatments were arranged in a completely randomized design area (DCA), the number of treatments were eleven with seven repetitions. With the data obtained was carried out the analysis of variance and the mean comparison test of Tukey (α=0.01). Under the conditions in which we carried out the present work research, the results that showed the treatments where it was applied organic matter with efficient organisms reveled lower index of nodulacion and a smaller number of M. incognita eggs their roots in comparison to the control treatment emphasizes the treatment T11, where organic matter was applied (30 t.ha-1) has more efficient organisms (1.5 L), with a smaller number of eggs in their roots (130000/5g root)
