Abstract The present investigation develops a System of Characterization and Automatic Evaluation of Graphics, which can be implanted in any desktop PC of the computer laboratory of the Educational Institution where the research will be applied. The use of tools and computer methods to complement teaching has become one of the most important resources in the field of education, having as support for the management of the same technology. Nowadays it is very difficult for an educator not to rely on technology for the fulfillment of their tasks and the handling of their information, because by having this information they can more optimally capture the student's attention. Thus, having the technology at our fingertips is very important to apply as a perfect complement in the teaching processes. For this reason, the objective of the study is the design and implementation of a System of Characterization and Automatic Evaluation of Graphics. The system process consists of plotting the graphics that appears on the computer screen; This stroke is done with a digital pen on a drawing tablet. Subsequently, the system will carry out the evaluation of the stroke that consists in the comparison of the image of the graphics shown on the screen with the stroke made by the minor on the graphics. The study will use a general design of the Quasi-type research (Pre-Test and Post-Test), with the main purpose of evaluating a before and after the application of innovative technologies aimed at improving and helping to develop psychomotor skills fine in primary school students; by means of a didactic and alternative method to the use of pencil and paper, in the desire to give a significant contribution and that in the future the cognitive and motor development of the students improves
