The research project presented details the development of a web system and a mobile application to expediting the various processes of sales, purchasing, inventory control and also facilitate compliance of the company Corporation Orange Health SAC with DIGEMID and SUNAT entities. The company Corporation Orange Health SAC dedicated to the pharmaceutical industry, sells medicines and prepares master formulas to treat dermatological diseases, at the beginning the monitoring of its main business processes such as purchasing, sales, warehouse management, report tax receipts to SUNAT were laborious, in a short time the business began to grow, making it more hectic and complicated to carry out the main processes of the company. To solve this need, the use of technological tools was proposed, a web system and a mobile application that streamlines business processes, implements electronic invoicing and facilitates the declaration of prices to the DIGEMID, achieving the satisfaction of the pharmacy staff in order to provide better service. This study was done with a quasi-experimental design (Pre-Test and Post Test), where the independent variable was modified, based on these changes the behavior of the dependent variable was monitored in order to test the proposed hypothesis. For the development of this Web system and mobile application the following technologies were used: .NET Core, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React Native Framework, PostgreSQL, etc. To development software was used SCRUM and with the help of the JIRA tool for the management of Sprints and their respective tasks.
