The general objective of the research was to develop the Ludic - Arti workshop proposalfor the emotional self-regulation of 4-year-old children of Trujillo city. For this, we worked under the quantitative research model, basic type and proactive descriptive design. applied an observation guide that allowed us to measure emotionalself-regulation in four dimensions: self control, conscientiousness, reliability and adaptability to 21 4-year-old children from the Rafael Narváez Cadenillas Trujillo. The results obtained were that the level of emotionalself-regulation of the 4-year-old children of 7 Trujillo city, is low at 52%, medium at 43% and only 5% at high level. Therefore, it is concluded that the Ludic - Arti workshop proposal is a space to do, to build, communicate and for the exchange of ideas and experiences, also to listen and carry out participatory actions with 4-year-old children, with the purpose of improve emotional self regulation.The proposal is based on the use of various techniques such as dynamics and playful activities that will allow the child to develop their emotional self-regulation. So it can be said that, due to the results obtained, mostly low, it is necessary to implement and apply this proposal.
