ABSTRACT This research is based on the Tourist Conditions presented by the Poroto district for the practice of Nature-Adventure tourism activities. The methods used in this research were: the ethnographic method, which allowed obtaining detailed information on the real demand, potential demand, host community and tourist resources; and the deductive-inductive method, which allowed, based on the tourist conditions, to generate solid conclusions related to the practice of Nature-Adventure tourism activities. A questionnaire was applied to 338 real and potential tourists (ANNEX No. 1,2), and 246 residents were also surveyed (ANNEX No. 3), to determine their participation in Nature-Adventure tourism activities; the interview guide was applied to six informants, including representatives of the Poroto en Acción Organization and Adventure groups from La Libertad, a photography specialist, an Adventure Tourism specialist and a Cycling specialist. (ANNEX No. 4,5,6). The results have allowed us to determine the existence of 4 resources in the natural sites category, where hiking, camping, mountain biking, landscape observation and photography activities are carried out, 189 tourists surveyed who are already participating in the activities and 149 tourists interested in carrying them out, 4 lodging establishments and country restaurants with optimal conditions for their service and a positive attitude on the part of the surrounding residents for the development of tourism in their district.
