The doctoral study addresses the phenomenon of cultural formation with emphasis on aesthetic taste in the context of current society. It is framed in the theoretical, empirical and interpretative resolution plans associated with artistic education and training. Developing in an Art Center, considering the general problem of the cultural formation of aesthetic taste, under the influences of cultural industries that generate matrices of appropriation of artistic work and the need to transform educational scenarios in this field. By studying and interpreting the current conditions of cultural development and its reality in the city of Trujillo, Peru; There are problematic manifestations that show weaknesses around artistic education. The above allows us to establish the research problem: How does a study on cultural aesthetic training from experiences in the plastic arts within a Cultural Art Center contribute to the formative development of good aesthetic taste in children, adolescents and young people from emerging contexts? , Trujillo, Peru, 2021-2024? The research assumes the work practice developed by the applicant in the artistic workshops that she teaches at the institution. During the observation and recognition of the public that appreciates the works of art; as well as the formative moments in the artistic creation workshops, the objective was outlined: to implement a model of cultural aesthetic training from contextual experiences for the individuals who participate in the art workshops. Results: Chapter I, epistemological synthesis of the discussion around the foundations of the pedagogical, cultural, aesthetic and artistic training of the subjects, in order to develop a high aesthetic taste, through the appropriation of the epistemic foundations of the great classical authors. Chapter II, diagnosis of the level and type of international and national cultural aesthetic consumption of elite individuals versus those from emerging contexts. Chapter III, assessments and documentation of the aesthetic experiences of individuals and the personal reflections of the researcher based on ethnographic evidence and the application of research instruments, such as observation and interview guides. Chapter IV, presents the preliminary modeling of the cultural aesthetic training system. Chapter V, development, validation and instrumentation of a training model from the education and appropriation of aesthetics. The significant contribution of this research consists of the “Model of cultural aesthetic training from contextual artistic experiences in a cultural art center.”
