The present thesis was carried out in order to analyze the influence of sociocultural factors on early sexual initiation in adolescents in the third year of high school of the I.E "Maria Caridad Agüero de Arrese" - Puente Virú: 2019. The type of applied research was considered, based on an explanatory design, and the sample consisted of 52 students, with whom we worked applying the methods and techniques of quantitative research: Statistical method and as a technique to the survey, and the qualitative research: inductive - deductive method; and as techniques direct observation and interview. From the results obtained, it can be shown that the most outstanding sociocultural factors are limited access to education on sexual and reproductive health at home, family behavior patterns; that are expressed in gender-stereotypical customs and beliefs about sexual and reproductive health and, The social pressure of friends directly influences the early sexual initiation in these adolescents. Finally, we recommend strengthening the ties of affectivity and communication with the educational community, where there is the practice of values that help socio-affective relationships and knowledge of issues related to sexual education and reproductive health.
