The present research work has the aim of determining in which way the DRAMACOEMA program will improve school cohabitation, in first grade students of the educational institution number 81011 Antonio Raimondi, Trujillo 2022. The approach that it pursues is applied quantitative type with a quasi-experimental design. The sample was constituted by 50 students, 24 from first grade A and 26 from grade B, of primary education. In the same way, the technique used was the observation and the applied instrument was an observation guide on school cohabitation, this work consisted of 24 questions according to the dimensions of the dependent variable. In other ways, the validity of the instrument was put into effect through experts judgment and in the reliability, the Cronbach's alpha test was used, showing a value of 0.9 81, which confirms an excellent reliability for this instrument. Finally, the obtained results showed that exists a difference in the experimental group before and after applying the program at a level of significance of 5% p-value 0.000< 0.00. Considering these results, it was concluded that the DRAMACOEMA program significantly improved school life in first grade students of primary education at the Antonio Raimondi educational institution.
