Dyslipidemias can be evidenced by the increase of lipids in the blood plasma, where one or several values in the analytical tests contribute to the increase of cardiovascular diseases. The objective of this study was to determine the prevalence of dyslipidemias in patients of the Amachay Support Network from March to May, El Porvenir - Trujillo 2021. The methodology for this study was through lipid profile tests, cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL and LDL, determined through the colorimetric method, leading to perform a cross-sectional descriptive study, where the sample was to a population of 324 patients where the corresponding inclusion and exclusion criteria were met, in this way all the results were recorded in a record sheet and then evaluated through a statistical analysis where it was obtained as a result that of all patients examined, 74% of the population studied is within normal cholesterol values. As well as 65% of the studied population is within the optimal values of triglycerides. Of this study 64% were women and 36% were men; the prevalence of dyslipidemias according to the percentage of cholesterol in blood, was evidenced mostly in women than in men, representing 29.13% as well as elevated triglyceride levels in 34.95%, low HDL values represents 93. 22% and high LDL values represented 13%; while by age group, older adults between 60 and 69 years of age presented hypercholesterolemia with 36.81%, high LDL values with 35.42% and low HDL values with 93.06%, and older adults aged 90 years and over had hypertriglyceridemia with 50% being higher than other age groups, with regard to high LDL values. It is concluded that people over 60 years of age are mostly within the optimal values of cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL and LDL, so they should continue to be monitored
