The present research work entitled "Increase in production through vein ramp in the deepening of the Frances-TMSI Pataz La Libertad mine, 2023", includes a comparative evaluation of production in the deepening of the Frances mine using the conventional method and the semi mechanized. The TMSI company had been carrying out the deepening of the Frances mine in a conventional manner using inclined ones where the mining cycle is carried out that includes watering, unbinding, cleaning, support, drilling and blasting, obtaining an average production of 23.17 Tn/day. with a production cost of 163.66 S./Tn. To achieve an increase in production in the deepening of the mine, it was determined to develop a negative ramp in vein from -12% to -15% with a section of 2.4m x 2.5m. performing the drilling activity within the mining cycle in a conventional manner by drilling the face to 02 Jackleg drilling machines at a time, with a drilling length of 6 feet, mechanizing the cleaning activities using 1.5 yd3 Scoop and ore extraction via 2m3 Dumper. With which it was possible to obtain an average production of 89.07 Tn/day. with a production cost of 116.00 S./Tn. With which it is concluded that with the implementation of this deepening method, the increase in production desired by the company was achieved, reducing the unit operating cost.
