ABSTRACT With the aim of evaluating the three administration times of the bacterium-toxoid Clostridium perfringens type C and Escherichia coli on the productive and immunological state in lactating piglets; 36 pregnant sows of the Camborough 29 genetic line and 149 lactating piglets were used. The sows were immunized and distributed in 3 treatments, each with 3 repetitions: 86 days of gestation, 93 days of gestation and 100 days of gestation, being evaluated for a period of 49 days. The analysis of variance was performed for the productive parameters and leukocyte variability; and the Xi ^ 2 for him% of morbidity and mortality, where the daily weight gain had a statistically significant difference (P <0.05) between T1 and T3; Like the variability of leukocytes, there was a significant difference (P <0.05) between the averages of the three treatments. Morbidity was related (P <0.05) to immunization times, unlike mortality that was not related (P> 0.05) to immunization times. Immunization performed at 100 days of gestation recorded better daily weight gain and higher leukocyte concentration in lactating piglets.
