Abstract: La presente tesis se titula Sistema de Costos por Procesos en la Fijación de Precios de Papa en El Quinual, Julcán – 2021. Se desarrolló con el objetivo de analizar el impacto del sistema de costos por procesos en la fijación de precios de papa en El Quinual, Julcán – 2021. La variable independiente fue el sistema de costos por procesos y la variable dependiente fue la fijación de precios. Se usó el método no experimental descriptivo, la población estuvo comprendida por los agricultores del cultivo de papa del Caserío El Quinual, y la muestra estuvo conformada por 31 agricultores para lo cual se empleó la fórmula metodológica para poblaciones finitas y el muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple ya que cada unidad que conforma la población tuvo la posibilidad similar de ser seleccionada para la muestra. Las técnicas usadas fueron la entrevista, la observación directa y la encuesta. Se pudo concluir que el sistema de costos por procesos permitió identificar todos los costos incurridos en cada etapa del proceso productivo de la papa, esto es el costo de producción el cual es usado para calcular el costo unitario por arroba de papa. Finalmente usando el método de margen sobre el costo, se pudo calcular de manera acertada el precio de venta de la papa, de forma que el sistema de costos por procesos tiene un impacto positivo en la fijación de precios de la papa.
This thesis is entitled Process Cost System in Potato Pricing in El Quinual, Julcán - 2021. It was developed with the objective of analyzing the impact of the process cost system in potato pricing in El Quinual, Julcan – 2021. The independent variable was the process cost system and the dependent variable was pricing. The descriptive non-experimental method was used, the population was comprised of potato farmers from Caserío El Quinual, and the sample consisted of 31 farmers for which the methodological formula for finite populations and simple random probabilistic sampling were used. that each unit that makes up the population had a similar chance of being selected for the sample. The techniques used were the interview, direct observation and survey. It was concluded that the process cost system allowed to identify all the costs incurred in each stage of the potato production process, this is the production cost which is used to calculate the unit cost per arroba of potato. Finally, using the cost margin method, it was possible to correctly calculate the potato sale price, so that the process cost system has a positive impact on potato pricing.
