Abstract: El estudio se desarrolló con el propósito de objetivo determinar la relación del capital humano en el crecimiento económico del Perú: 1990-2020, respecto al análisis y un modelo econométrico de series de tiempo. El diseño metodológico es no experimental, longitudinal y correlacional. La información fue obtenida de Banco Central de Reserva del Perú (BCRP), Consejo Nacional de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación (CONCYTEC) y el Instituto Nacional de Estadística e Informática (INEI), En el resultado se obtuvo que el promedio de año de estudio en educación existe una relación directa con el PBI real. Se concluyó que el capital humano demuestra una asociación de tipo estadística con el crecimiento económico, proporcionalmente en cuatro variables existe relación directa, sin embargo, se evidencia un problema en el estudio el número de matriculados universitarios que existen en el país.
