The application of educational workshops based on Social Intelligence to improve school life among students in the third grade of the Virú educational institution, emerges as an alternative solution to observe an unpleasant school climate in the classroom that includes students who do not They respect the rules of coexistence, insults between peers and acts of discrimination. The objective of the research is to demonstrate that the development of social intelligence is a very influential factor in the management of our social relations and therefore in school life; thus determining healthy spaces for learning knowledge and values. This was carried out with properly planned and implemented workshops using an active methodology where students are the main actors of their learning and can reflect on it. The research had a population of 173 students, the quasi-experimental design was used, where our study sample was 60 students. The pre-test was applied to the experimental group and control group. To do this, we used as a tool a survey that allowed us to collect information about our dependent variable. The application of our pedagogical proposal was positive, considering that the results of the Post-test compared to the Pre-test obtained significant variations, taking 53.3% of students at the high level according to the post-test, this means that the coexistence of our experimental group was improved, thanks to the application of our workshops based on social intelligence.
