ABSTRACT In the works of the clogging, channeling, and earthworks, the most important thing in the budget is the calculation made in the technical file through which the operations are planned during the execution, on which the success of the work depends. The present study has the help of the methods for the observation of cases, the collection of samples, the work cycles and statistical processes, the determination of the efficiency and effectiveness of the results, and the involvement in the work of the clogging This type of work refers to the importance of Cañete, always needs preventive and corrective work, being the machines studied the most appropriate for this type of work, always in the cost- benefit aspect. The methodology used, determined the technical characteristics of both machines and homogenized the factors that do not intervene in it, such as operator performance, downtime, etc. At the same time, samples of cycles per hour were taken into account throughout the observation period of the machines, which went through a statistical analysis. Regarding the displaced volume, both machines have the same type of bulldozer and also perform the same route during each cycle. This resulted in the machine with greater efficiency and therefore the recommendation for similar work in the same river and in the same section. Given the results of the analysis, the significant differences between bulldozer D08R and D08T are shown, the latter being lower in the variables analyzed to D08R.
