The present research was carried out in a company dedicated to textile manufacturing, with the main objective of applying Lean Manufacturing tools and demonstrating the improvement in the quality indicators of the shirt line. For this purpose, an applied methodology of pre-experimental type, where the analysis and diagnosis of the company was first carried out to identify the main problems that affect the quality management indicators. Based on the problems found such as equipment failures, excessive waste and defective products and finally disorder and unnecessary movements, proposals for improvement are made through the use of lean manufacturing tools such as 5S and TPM, in addition to monitoring tools (5S’s audits) that guarantee that the changes made are maintained over time. Among the results obtained with the proposed implementation, it was possible to reduce the standard time of the popsicle making process by 13.2 minutes, likewise, the OEE increased by 24.56%. With this data, it was possible to reduce the complaints ratio by 5.0%, increase the % perfect batch by 6.7%, delivery compliance by 9.6%, effectiveness by 6.3%, customer satisfaction by 21% to finally obtain an NPS final 60%. Then the economic evaluation was carried out, where a NPV of S/23,223.64, an IRR of 24.1% and a cost-benefit ratio of 3.6 were obtained, which indicates that the project is profitable and can be implemented.
