ABSTRACT. The present research work focuses on determining the viability for the Implementation of Social Networks in the Resolution of Conflicts regarding Food, in which the use of technological means and Orality as a guiding principle prevails, from its admission to its culmination with conciliation or sentence, all due to the delay in resolving the maintenance proceedings and the excessive procedural burden in the various courts in charge of processing and resolving them. According to our norms, the processes in this matter follow the summary, where the procedural deadlines are very short, and should be processed and resolved in a short time; However, reality shows that it can last between 8 to 12 months, from its application to start of execution, leads to deterioration in the expectations of the litigants. their dignity, their economy and morale of the food holder. Finally, this Thesis states that the problem addressed, as well as the recommendations are entirely viable, enriching, acceptable and beneficial, not only for the parties, the Jurisdictional Bodies (the State), but also for society.
