Abstract: En el presente trabajo se realizó el control de proceso de la fabricación de Azitromicina 500mg Tableta Recubierta. La finalidad de este informe fue garantizar que los resultados del producto se encuentran dentro de las especificaciones técnicas establecidas para asegurar la calidad del producto. Se realizó los análisis de producto en proceso: humedad del granulado, Densidad aparente, dimensiones, peso, dureza, friabilidad, desintegración y hermeticidad. Además se evaluaron aspecto y dimensiones de los blísteres, llenado correcto del blíster, impresión de datos, número de unidades por blíster e impresión de los datos. Se concluye que este producto cumple con los parámetros establecidos y se encuentra apto para su distribución y consumo en nuestro país.
ABSTRACT In the present work, the process control of the manufacture of Azithromycin 500mg Coated Tablet was carried out. The purpose of this report was to guarantee that the results of the product are within the technical specifications established to ensure the quality of the product. Product in process analysis was performed: granule moisture, bulk density, dimensions, weight, hardness, friability, disintegration and tightness. In addition, the appearance and dimensions of the blisters, correct filling of the blister, printing of data, number of units per blister and printing of data were also evaluated. It is concluded that this product complies with the established parameters and is suitable for distribution and consumption in our country.
