ABSTRACT The research had the objective to evaluate the effect of the administration of two bacterial phytases: enzyme 6-phytase - Buttiauxella spp. (AP) and the enzyme 6-phytase - E. coli spp. (QB) in B.U.T. line turkeys on the productive parameters, in a period of 12 weeks, at a farm from Huanchaco. The treatments were: T1 = positive control (diet with all available Ca and P without phytase), T2 = negative control (diet with Ca and P restriction of 0.19% and 0.17%, respectively, without phytase), T3 = T2 + 50g AP, T4 = T2 + 100g AP, T5 = T2 + 150g AP, T6 = T2 + 100g QB, T7 = T2 + 200g QB, T8 = T2 + 300g QB, with four groups per treatment and twenty turkeys for treatment, the study was evaluated with a completely randomized design (DCA). The variables evaluated were weight gain, feed intake, conversion index, productive efficiency index and bone measurement. The results in total weight gain and feed intake were for T4 with 9,443 and 19,828; being statistically superior to T2 and T7, with 8,543; 18,703 and 8,515; 18,413 respectively; however, there were not statistical differences among the treatments for the conversion index. In relation to the length, diameter, weight and volume of the femur, tibia and tars bones in general the T4 had outstanding measures in relation to others treatments, obtaining in addition a better benefit / cost (S/ 1.62), having a lower cost of production per kg of live weight (S/ 7.41) in relation to the other treatments. Concluding that the addition of 100g / TM of enzyme 6-phytase - Buttiauxella spp. (AP) in the diet with restriction of 0.19% calcium and 0.17% phosphorus obtained the best results about production parameters, bone measurement and economic parameters compared to the other treatments.
