ABSTRACT The Chicama Valley to date has unregulated irrigation, has the waters of the Chicama River during the flood season and underground water, creating a problem to attend to the license and permit areas during the dry season To fulfill the P.E. Chavimochic, raised a Feasibility Study considering a crop card for the 12,505.56 new hectares, with technified irrigation, with 09 crops, consisting of 07 perennials: Grapevine, Avocado, Sugarcane, Mango, Citrus, Green Asparagus and White Asparagus and 02 transient crops: Ají Piquillo and Paprika and the volume to meet is 167.9 MMC, vol. maximum is 17.33 MMC in March with an irrigation Q of 6.69 m3 / sec and one vol. minimum of 11.52 MMC in July with an irrigation Q of 4.45 m3 / sec. The present project seeks to guarantee the availability of the resource by decreasing the total volume required by the crops of the proposed crop certificate for the 12,505.56 new hectares of the III Stage, with technified irrigation, with 10 crops, consisting of 07 perennials: Grapevine, Avocado, Mango, Citrus, Green Asparagus and White Asparagus, Cranberry and 03 transient crops: Ají Piquillo and Ají Paprika and Hard yellow corn , the volume to comply with the cultivation document is 159.09 MMC, the maximum volume required is 17.15 MMC in the month of March with an irrigation flow of 6.62 m3 / sec and a minimum volume required of 10.65 MMC in the month of July with an irrigation flow of 4.11 m3 / sec. A comparative was developed, between the crop cedulas of the feasibility study and the proposal, maintaining the same parameters for both, it was considered to reduce the volume required by the 12,505.56 new has in 10% of the volume required by the study's culture card Feasibility study and that the results of the calculations for the 02 cultivation certificates, resulted in that of the 167.9 MMC required by the feasibility study, the proposal considered 159.09 MMC, which is 5.2% equivalent to a volume of 8.81 MMC, resulting in compliance with the 52% hypothesis.
