ABSTRACT This thesis was carried out with the purpose of being able to analyze the social factors that influence student dropout in the School of Initial Education of the National University of Trujillo, 2022. It was considered a type based on applied research, based on descriptive design, both methods and therefore techniques investigated in qualitative and therefore quantitative aspects were used, and the universe was made up of 194 students. From the results that were obtained in this research, it was possible to deduce that the socioeconomic factors and the family social factor significantly influence student dropout in the School of Initial Education of the National University of Trujillo, evident in the support network. and emotional support. Obviously, student dropout, as has been explained, tends to be a complex phenomenon, given that a series of factors often come into play in the disarticulation and therefore in the real possibility of being able to create a diluted theory. together that can explain the causes that have usually caused said problem. Despite the delay, an attempt will be made to describe certain suggestions in a way that allows said authorities based on the faculty to be able to confront this desertion in the academic aspect that dilutes many young people in the current aspect.
