The main objective of this study is to carry out the strategic planning of Inversiones Agropesca Jairo S.A.C. in order to improve its organisational performance. To achieve this, a descriptive and propositional study of nonexperimental and cross-sectional design was carried out. In addition, techniques such as surveys, document analysis and observation were used to collect data. The study population included the strategic, operational and support processes of the company Inversiones Agropesca Jairo S.A.C. as well as the participation of key personnel. The initial situational diagnosis was carried out, with internal data provided by the operational management, in 2020 the overall performance of the company was 61.7%, with a greater deficiency in the months of July and August. Therefore, operational plans aligned to the four perspectives of the BSC were formulated, with the description of the strategies, indicators, calculation formula, actions, responsible parties, start and end dates; as well as the budget for each plan, with annual periodicity, considering a total investment of S/ 22,490.00. As a result of the proposal developed, it was determined that the strategic plan is viable for its execution, obtaining a NPV of S/ 130 166.76, an internal rate of return of 250.5%, which could be regenerated in 1 year and 9 months approximately. Also, when assessing the cost-benefit of the improvement, it was established that for each monetary unit of investment, S/ 1.12.
