ABSTRACT The general objective is to determine the impact of Multiannual Programming and Investment Management invierte.pe on public management in the province of Patáz during 2012-2022. It is a non-experimental study of longitudinal design of descriptive scope that uses Registration Form to collect investment bank data. and consult Friendly economic transparency portal. The study includes 1806 projects selected with non-probabilistic sampling. The PMI was compared with the accrual to evaluate the impact, with a 75% threshold for high levels. The results indicate that invierte.pe has a high impact of 8.03% in the Province of Patáz in viability and allocation , in SNIP there were excessive formulations and two processes with (UF) and (OPI) of the MEF, on the other hand, with invierte.pe a process with the (UF), with Invierte.pe strengthens the initial phase in formulation and evaluation for the viability of the PIP contrary to the SNIP which did not exist, the snip required profile and feasibility, however the Invierte.pe requires a feasibility document, with the Invierte.pe the PMI there is planning, investment and budgeting. In the SNIP it lacked PMI, however invierte.pe allows PMI, in the SNIP only investments were visible, however invierte.pe promotes transparency geared to the SIAF SEACE INFOBRAS.
