The present research work is entitled: "Analysis of che National Identity and Self-esteem in Primary Teachers of the Educational Institutions of the District of Iberia, Tahuamanu Border Province, Madre de Dios Region". The main objective is to determine the relationship between national identity and self-esteem in the elementary teachers of the educational institutions of the District of Iberia, in the Tahuamanu Border Province, Madre de Dios Region. The type of research is correlational, non-experimental cross-sectional design. To determine the population and sample was made the decision to use the total of the population conformed by 42 teachers of the Educational Institutions of the District of Iberia for being this small. The instruments usen were the Lévele of Identification and Assessment of Social Groups Version adapted to Peru by Ramos, Techio, Páez and Herranz (2005) and Rosemberg's Individual Self-esteem Scale (2005). The reliability of the instruments was analyzed through the application of the Internal Consistency Method since the study cocases con the opinion of the teachers to wok the survey was applied using a single instrument, that is, a single administration of the measurement instrument, The Alpha Model (Cronbach's Internal Consistency Model, 1951) was uses. After the application of the psychometric tests, the information was processed using the statistical package IBM SPSS version 23 and the program EXCEL 2013 for Windows, which allowed to obtain the statistical results and graphs. The analyzes that were used are: Descriptive statistics, such as frequencies and percentages, for the hypothesis testing was applied correlation analysis, using the Sherman coefficient, the use of such technique, is appropriate when the variables are measured in ordinal scale, As our variables that have been measured in ordinal scale. After processing in contrast to the General hypothesis we can deduce that to 95% confidence "There is an association between the National Identity and the Global Self-esteem of primary teachers of the institutions of the District of Iberia, Tahuamanu Province, Madre de Dios Region With a significance lower than 0.05. We can observe that the Identification with Peru is related to the Global Self-esteem in 53.6%, within a moderate range. We can conclude that the Identification with Peru is related to the Global Self-esteem in 53.6%, within a moderate range. On the otee hand, the Valuation of Social Groups and the Global Self-esteem is only related in 34.7%, that in spite of being significant is a weak relation.
