The elaborated research is of a descriptive type and a non-experimental crosssectional design. Its general objective is to determine maternal attitudes in young mothers attended in the gynecology-obstetrics and pediatrics service in the Hipólito Unánue National Hospital in El Agustino district. The instrument used is the scale of maternal attitudes of Robert Roth, adapted in Peru (J. Anicama, A Chumbimuni, 2018). The information was processed through the SPSS 23 program, on a sample of 54 mothers, where the results indicate that the mothers show a very low level of Acceptance with 42.6% (23), with respect to the negative attitudes of Overprotection with a very low level of 100% (54) and the attitude of Overindulgence also showed 100% (54) considering a very low level; Finally, the attitude of rejection resulted in a very low level of 85.19% (46). According to the results obtained, the intervention program was elaborated whose base has as objective the strengthening of positive attitudes due to the obtained results regarding the negative attitudes of non acceptance in the mothers that participated in the investigation.
