La responsabilidad social del estado y el derecho a la identidad del hijo procreado por padre que no es el cónyuge

Abstract

La responsabilidad social que tiene el Estado es importante, dado que ayudará al derecho que tiene todo ser humano al nacer que es su identidad, con el fin que sepa quiénes son sus padres, donde nació, cual es nacionalidad, entre otros, los cuales son fundamentales para su desarrollo y donde el Estado debe adoptar medidas, con el fin que se cumplan de acuerdo a nuestra norma sustantiva vigente, el cual es el derecho que tiene toda persona.

The social responsibility of the State is important, given that it will help the right of every human being at birth that is their identity, in order to know who their parents are, where they were born, what their nationality is, among others, which are fundamental for its development and where the State must adopt measures, in order that they are fulfilled according to our current substantive norm, which is the right that every person has.
