Organizations today have begun to make changes in their management models, giving priority to human capital as the backbone of organizational success. These new models involve finding job satisfaction as a motivator axis, which has positive effects on the performance of employees. It is noteworthy that not all companies apply these management models, for which there are others who are responsible for education in achieving good labor practices and securing the welfare and development work. One is the Great Place To Work Institute, which conducts an annual ranking of best companies to work in Peru. This company believes organizations of different sizes, among which Supermercados Peruanos SA, which participates in the ranking through their stores Retail Plaza Vea. For this, the Great Place To Work (Mejores lugares para trabajar) Institute invited the company to participate in the implementation of the Trust Index, which corresponds to a survey that assesses the organizational climate, which is considered the main factor for achieving job satisfaction desired. Peruvian supermarkets among its new headquarters at Plaza Vea Tacna, which began operations in 2011, and has joined the list of stores that are invited to participate in the Trust Index. The trust index results will be evaluated in this investigation, having taken the problem of the shop as an example insertion of innovative management models in new enterprises, with few years of operation, which are in the process of adaptation to new conditions. Given this, the present research makes a direct correlation to job performance, finding results that the model of the Great Place To Work applied in the store has certain deficiencies that affect employee performance, which in the medium term is translated into labor attrition, a fact that affects the proper performance of organizational processes. Among the main shortcomings highlighted practices camaraderie, while the best performing factor is respect. This research shows in detail the above.
