The main objective of the research was to determine the integration of information systems extent possible to improve the Quality Management Telematics Directorate of the National Police of Peru. The independent variable is the integration of information systems (indicators: computer systems, software, hardware, users, staff); the dependent variable is the quality of management (indicators: strategic planning, decision making, organizational structure, management audit). The population was formed by the staff of the Department of Telematics of the National Police of Peru, where it is implemented various information systems used by units of the National Police of Peru, amounting to 398. The final sample for research was composed by the staff of the Department of Telematics of the National Police of Peru, amounting to 196. The instrument used in the research was the survey with 29 items (Likert scale). To measure the reliability and validity was subjected to statistical Cronbach's alpha and expert judgment respectively. The study showed that the integration of information systems can significantly improve the quality of management Telematics Directorate of the National Police of Peru.
