La gestión educativa en el marco del buen desempeño docente de las I.E. de Puente Piedra

Abstract

La investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la influencia de la gestión educativa en el marco del buen desempeño docente de las I.E.I de Puente Piedra. Se utilizó para alcanzar dicho objetivo el método deductivo, inductivo y descriptivo y un diseño no experimental, asimismo la población estuvo constituida por 1,260 docentes de Puente Piedra. Al calcular el tamaño de la muestra se trabajó finalmente con 294 personas. En cuanto al instrumento de recolección de datos tenemos al cuestionario que constó de 14 ítems de tipo cerrado, los mismos que se vaciaron en cuadros en donde se calcularon las frecuencias y porcentajes, complementándose con el análisis e interpretación de los resultados, lo cual nos permitió contrastar las hipótesis. Finalmente se concluyó y recomendó en estrecha relación con los problemas, objetivos e hipótesis planteadas.

The research aims to determine the influence of the educational management within the framework of the good teaching performance of the I.E.I of Puente Piedra. The deductive, inductive and descriptive method and a non-experimental design were used to reach this objective, and the population was constituted by 1,260 teachers of Puente Piedra.
